NBA In-Season Tournament Scores for Weekly Watch-Time
Welcome to our weekly snapshot of TV by the numbers, highlighting the most-watched shows and networks for December 4-10, with insights from Inscape, the currency-grade smart TV ACR data provider and data technology division of Vizio. Data is linear, live TV only and includes all episode types (new and reruns). Rankings are by percent share duration (i.e., time spent watching).
The NFL remains in first place week-over-week, snagging a 7.60% viewership share, up from 6.72% previously. The NBA’s very first In-Season Tournament, which wrapped up on December 9 with the Los Angeles Lakers emerging victorious against the Indiana Pacers, captured enough watch-time (1.16%) to secure second place on the ranking.

Elsewhere on the court, men’s college basketball rises from fourth to third place week-over-week, capturing 1.13% of minutes watched.
Several news programs saw week-over-week ranking increases: ABC World News Tonight With David Muir moves to No. 17 from No. 23 previously, CNN News Central lands at No. 19 (up from No. 21) and NBC Nightly News With Lester Holt takes No. 21 (up from No. 24).
Wheel of Fortune breaks into the top 25 with its week of “Disney Secret Santa Holiday Giveaway” episodes garnering a 0.36% viewership share.
Additional week-over-week ranking newcomers include Chicago Fire (No. 20), Dateline (No. 22) and House Hunters (No. 24).
